megamediaplus.com has implemented significant quality control procedures, to make sure your order is packed carefully and shipped complete. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or missing during delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package. This policy helps ensure claims with the carriers are accepted and processed as fast as possible.
You may return anything you buy from us within 30 days of receipt of goods unless otherwise specified. All returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt and an RA number. RA (Return Authorization) number can be requested via e-mail at return@megamediaplus.com Returned products must be in original condition with original box, complete, in resalable and like new condition. All items will be inspected and/or tested. If it is not complete, in original, resalable, and like new condition it will not be accepted. Shipping and return fees are non-refundable. All non-defective returns may be charged a nominal 10% restocking fee.
